Arrival 2.0

Arrival 2.0

About the piece

A glowing magenta planet drives into a massive circular field of dark matter, its crimson streak tearing into a second consuming vortex - collision still turning, still becoming.

Arrival 2.0 takes the collision further, wilder, and deeper. Within a massive circular form, waves of dark matter surge and coil in every direction, black, deep purple, and crimson layered into a surface that feels as though it has been caught mid-explosion. A glowing magenta planet sits in the upper center, the point of entry, where a fierce crimson streak tears downward from the edge of the circle and drives straight through the surface into a second spiral vortex below, dark and consuming, pulling the surrounding matter inward in a slow, relentless rotation.

The circle itself is the statement. There are no edges to escape to, no corners to settle in. The impact keeps turning, the energy keeps moving, looping back into itself in an endless cycle of force and reaction. Where Arrival showed the moment of rupture in a single violent cut, Arrival 2.0 shows what comes after: the cosmos reorganizing itself around the wound, still spinning, still burning, still becoming.
