About the piece

The comet at the height of its journey, a luminous magenta sphere locked in a swirling vortex, carving its path through a resistant universe.

Destination captures the comet at the height of its journey, a luminous magenta sphere locked in the eye of a swirling vortex, surrounded by layered waves of dark matter that spiral and pull around it. The textured surface ripples outward in every direction, ridge upon ridge of sculpted form evoking the immense forces at play as the comet tears through space. From its core, a bold crimson trail erupts and stretches across the piece, raw and charged, the physical trace of velocity made visible.

This is not quiet travel. It is the roar of something moving with purpose through a resistant universe, carving its path into the fabric of the dark around it. The comet does not drift; it commands. Destination is momentum made solid, a moment of cosmic force suspended in matter and pigment, where the journey and the force behind it are one.
